APN - ett aktivitetskort på nätet
APN is a service for attendance registration of grant-based activities, which automatically calculates how much grant an association is entitled to according to the municipality's regulations. For the municipality, APN creates an easy-to-understand summary of the situation for all associations at any given time, by replacing the old time-consuming paper reporting.
Through collaboration with several other systems, municipalities can allow registration to take place externally, and only let APN handle the formal grant application.
APN saves time, money and the environment
Since its launch in Umeå in 2006, paper reporting has been phased out, and since 2009 it has only been done directly in APN. Reduced paper reporting means an improved environment, while automation means that resources can be used for other purposes than compiling grant applications.
Over 50 municipalities collaborate
Together, we are today over 50 municipalities, from north to south, who use the system and collaborate to develop the system further.
